Beaches, shops, restaurants…
Private and public beach are within 10 minutes by foot. More about the private beach can be found here. Because of the position in the center of Okrug Gornji, shops and restaurants are less than 3 minutes away from Villa Tončica. Boat to Trogir is located on the main beach.

Trogir
Trogir is a town situated in the middle of Dalmatia, on the Adriatiac coast. This is a town-museum in the true sense of the word because it is rich in cultural and historical monuments, original architecture and beautiful streets. Because of that it is called "Little Venice" and added to the UNESCO list of world heritage. It is 3 km from Villa Tončica.

Split
Split is the second largest city in Croatia. He is known for Diocletian's Palace which is on UNESCO's world heritage list. The history of Split is already 17 centuries old, which has begun after the emperor Diocletian built a palace near the big city of Salona, whose remains you can see today.

NP Kornati
Kornati islands, the densest archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea, is located in the central part of the Adriatic. It features interesting geomorphology, indented coastline and various animal species. It covers a group of 89 islands, islets and rocks.
